- Study and analyze the scope of work of the area assigned to him;
- Identify any gaps or critical points to request additional information from the relevant offices, including the technical office, so that the technical scope of the work is clear and unambiguous and can be communicated and explained to the installation teams;
- Prepare, in consultation with the technical office, any working instructions to supplement the drawings;
- Analyze drawings and keeps them properly filed and up to date;
- Manage the updating of drawings for the installation teams;
- Organize in good time the materials required by the subcontractor to carry out the work, drawing up material lists and taking all the necessary steps with the various departments to eliminate or resolve any criticality in the availability of the same;
- Monitor and supervise the work carried out by subcontractors in the areas assigned to him, checking its effectiveness, efficiency and quality;
- Report any critical situations and work progress to the site manager;
- Record the daily attendance of the subcontractors' teams;
- Diploma in technical field;
- At least 3 years' experience in the same or related tasks;
- Good ability to coordinate and motivate resources;
- Capacity to analyse and understand technical specifications, and to identify the critical elements of the technical development of the project;
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills are required.
