We now have a great opportunity for a talented person to join our Sales and Estimating team in Nottingham. The role will train you in all aspects of working with customers, from initial enquiry to order, for our various façade solutions and systems.

We are a forward-looking company with exciting plans for growth over the coming years and are seeking someone with a fresh outlook who is eager to learn and will immerse themselves in our business and ethos.

In return, our senior team will be very hands-on in working with you to expand your knowledge and skills. You’ll learn how to use several software systems for designing and quoting, as well as covering sales techniques and building relationships.

The role requires someone who lives local to Nottingham.

Main duties include:

• Assist the Senior Estimator in analysing tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare cost estimates.

• Gather and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes for materials and services.

• Support the team in maintaining accurate records of estimates, calculations, and assumptions.

• Work with the design and engineering teams to identify cost-effective solutions.

• Develop an understanding of façade systems, materials, and installation processes.

• Help monitor project budgets and track costs against initial estimates under the guidance of the Senior Estimator.

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, materials, and supplier pricing.

You will also have the opportunity to enrol onto a paid Level 3 Construction Support Technician course held at Basford college one day a week, for 2 academic years.

What we are looking for from you:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn about façade systems (e.g., curtain walls, cladding, rainscreen systems).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.); experience with estimating software is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
