·To manage and lead CAPEX projects. ·Manage small-medium sized projects independently, ensuring safe and efficient project implementation. ·Represent Natural Innovations in meetings on and off site as required. ·Keep project documentation up to date as required ·Budget Management. ·Monitor and control contractors to ensure safe and effective working, ensuring induction documentation is completed and contractors are controlled. ·Liaise with the site engineering team to ensure effective communication of project goals and objectives. ·Communicate project programmes and requirements to the business stakeholders. ·Keep project stakeholders up to date with project progress. ·To take charge and implement project mechanical and electrical tasks. ·To help design machinery and systems including building updates as required ·To investigate new machinery and technology which could be used throughout the business. ·To keep up to date with food technology and production research and development in the industry, attending exhibitions and shows as required. ·Train production team members as required in the implementation of projects.
- Must have a minimum NVQ Level 3 Engineering
- Must be proficient in CAD
- Must have worked in fast-paced environment – Ideally food or FMCG manufacturing
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
