We are recruiting a Clinical Case Coordinator to join our team based at our office in Gatwick, West Sussex who will be responsible for providing clinical input on all IPRS Aeromed operations.
We’re looking for someone who can be the linchpin between clinical and operational teams, and referring partners—ensuring that every case is managed with precision, empathy, and efficiency.
As a Clinical Case Coordinator your duties will include:
• Undertaking screening of flight manifests and assessing individuals’ suitability to fly. • Providing clinical input on all IPRS Aeromed overseas operations. • Assisting the Operations team on management cases requiring clinical review • Supporting the Clinical Service Delivery Manager and deputising in their absence. • Working cohesively as part of the wider clinical team. • Playing an active role in MDT discussions supporting with complex cases, manifest screening and case referrals • Being involved in improvement projects and supporting change to enhance service delivery • Adhering to and implementing CQC and local policies and procedures whilst working within the HCPC/NMC Code of Professional Conduct and relevant NICE guidelines. • Providing on-call support for urgent out of hours enquiries as required on an on call rotation 1 in 4

What You'll Need:
Qualifications: Current registration with HCPC as a paramedic or NMC as a Nurse Previous experience of clinical autonomy Able to demonstrate Continuous Professional Development
Experience & Knowledge:
Minimum 3 years post qualification as a paramedic or nurse (E) Evidence of experience within a clinical triage setting (E) Evidence of consolidating post qualification practice (E) Primary and acute secondary care experience (E) Remote/ telephone triage experience (D) Good I.T. skills (E) Excellent communications skills (E) Ability to speak languages other than English (D) Full driving licence and own transport (D)
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work actively within a team, but to work without supervision whenever necessary. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workload. Clear and concise communication skills, in particular when interacting with patients and third parties. Attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately. Ability to identify and manage signs and symptoms of a deteriorating patient. Ability to influence a clinical situation remotely. Ability to make appropriate and informed decisions quickly. Ability to remain calm and professional in an intense working environment.
