About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Engineering Apprentice to join our team. This apprenticeship is designed to provide hands-on training, practical experience, and academic learning to help you build a strong foundation in engineering. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining the technical skills, knowledge, and qualifications needed to progress in your engineering career.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of engineering systems, machinery, or products.
• Work under the supervision of qualified engineers and technicians to learn industry practices.
• Support with assembling, installing, and repairing equipment as required.
• Contribute to problem-solving activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Complete apprenticeship training requirements, including coursework, assessments, and on-the-job learning.
• Keep accurate records of work, training, and progress.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science (Grade C/4 and above)
• A strong interest in engineering and a desire to pursue a career in the field.
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
