We’re looking for a proactive, hungry and talented Designer to join our busy creative team. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll work across multiple accounts and media, from magazine layouts, art editing, social-first and digital channel content, branded campaigns and more.
You’ll support senior art directors and designers to bring ideas to life with strong layout skills, design sensibility, and an eye for brand detail. You’ll be working on both digital and print formats, learning from an experienced team and contributing to a broad range of inspiring projects for major UK clients in nature and conservation and leisure and entertainment.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in an agency, brand, branded content or publishing environment who is ready to take the next step in a creatively rewarding and fast-paced setting.

A bit about you: - A confident, curious and creative designer with strong fundamentals in layout, typography and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable designing for both print and digital formats with the ability to adapt across styles and audiences.
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, and happy working both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in delivering polished, brand-appropriate design work.
Essential Experience: - Proven professional design experience in an agency, publishing or in-house brand setting including with print.
- Experience designing content within brand guidelines and creating assets for multiple platforms.
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- An understanding of print production processes and digital design considerations.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating cross-platform design thinking and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience: - Evidence of work using AI tools to improve design outcomes and processes.
- Proficiency in Figma and/or other digital design prototyping tools.
