We are looking for a Housing Sustainment Advisor to join our team and help deliver an excellent Intensive Housing Management (IHM) service.
About the RoleAs a Housing Sustainment Advisor, you will: - Work alongside Housing Officers to provide practical, personalised housing and accommodation support.
- Help customers sustain their accommodation, live independently, and work towards personal goals.
- Carry out regular home visits, ensuring tenancy/licence compliance.
- Coordinate essential services and support to meet customer needs.
- Take a person-centred, strengths-based approach, empowering customers to achieve positive outcomes.
