To manage customer fermentation projects (all project management aspects – internal and external), and delivery of complex proposals on time. Success in the role is measured by on time delivery of projects (OTIF), efficient response to customer enquiries (including quotations and proposals), retention of existing customers as project develop, response to customer complaints, lead to purchase order conversion metric.

Expected Activities ·Provide direct project management and all day-to-day customer communications for assigned projects to ensure that deliverables are within budget and on time in full. This also includes onboarding and offboarding of projects ·Manage, and when needed also cover customer service activities, including but not limited to simple proposal and quote delivery, inside sales administration, customer complaints ·Arrange priorities meetings with Business managers on a regular basis for project planning; and generation of weekly EDM revenue forecasting ·Identify and implement agreed continuous improvement for all aspects of fermentation project management and customer service ·Timely issue of complex proposals; and delegation of simple and standard proposals to Customer service coordinator. Proactive escalation when forecasted delay in proposal delivery.
