The Technical Project Manager (Arabic Speaker) is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of technical and operational projects — from initiation through delivery and launch. The role focuses on effective planning, coordination, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives across internal teams and external partners in Arabic-speaking regions. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong technical understanding, stakeholder management experience, and fluency in Arabic and English.
We offer a fixed term contract for 6 months, potentially further extendable based on customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities - Manage technical projects from kick-off to launch for one client, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestone tracking, proactively managing dependencies and risks.
- Track and oversee delivery of Change Requests (CRs) and ensure clear documentation and communication.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and escalated when necessary.
- Ensure all project outputs meet quality standards through clear governance and review processes.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, managing priorities, resolving conflicts, and maintaining alignment on goals.
- Provide regular progress, risk, and performance reports to senior management.
- Support process improvement by identifying areas for efficiency and quality enhancement across projects.
- Coordinate with cross-team colleagues to ensure consistent project management principles and reporting standards are applied.
Required / Essential - Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing technical or digital delivery projects end-to-end.
- Proven experience applying Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Strong ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and self-management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams.
- Confident decision-maker with a focus on delivery and accountability.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
Desired - Recognized Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, MSP Agile).
- Experience working with digital platforms, streaming, or content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in project metrics, reporting, and performance tracking.
