Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for coordination and customer service? Emplas Window Systems is seeking a proactive Commercial live site coordinator to join our Live Sites team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth internal management of our Commercial Supply, working closely with our External Contracts Managers to keep projects on track and clients satisfied. - Respond to site queries from Main Contractors and Contract Managers via email and phone.
- Manage customer complaints (CCFs) and order deficiencies (ODRs), ensuring timely resolution and dashboard updates.
- Coordinate returns of faulty goods within 28 days.
- Raise variation orders and log installations from daily SAP reports.
- Track and manage stillage collections post-installation.
- Liaise weekly with sites to confirm readiness for frame delivery and installation.
- Support tenant bookings for surveys and installations in refurb projects.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and internal systems.
- Complete administrative tasks including FENSA/IBG/PAS 2030 registrations.
- Contribute to team KPIs and suggest improvements to our EVA system.
- Clear daily exceptions and support broader business needs as required.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Available Shifts: Monday - Friday, 09:00am until 17:00pm
Pay Rate: £24,000
