Within the team, the candidate will be involved in the following activities: - Provide and ensure the Client Onboarding (KYC) and Distibutors (KYD) workflow.
- Partner with internal units to ensure adequate due diligence process is carried out for customer accounts and documentation reviews.
- Verify and confirm banker ownership of KYC Records to ensure continuous flow of information.
- Ensure all information and documentation comply with local regulation and Mediobanca standards.
- Manage the contractual documentation for CIB (Corporate and Investment Banking) clients.
- Provide support to traders in responding to onboarding requests from other intermediaries.
- Profile and monitor clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal Compliance directives, such as MiFID II (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive), the EMIR Regulation (European Market Infrastructure Regulation), and the Dodd-Frank Act (DFA), to ensure adherence to transparency, risk management, and investor protection standards.
- Manage the database and client knowledge to identify customers and counterparties with whom the bank can engage for specific transactions.
Requirements: - Degree or in-progress degree in Economics or Law.
- Ability to work in teams and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Has a customer focused approach

- Has a good eye to details
