The Account Manager – HR segment manages client relationships by presenting tailored solutions and guiding them through to deal closure. They handle contacts, offers, and negotiations effectively, while monitoring progress to achieve sales objectives.
Activities and Responsibilities:
- Lead Management and Qualification: Contact generated leads to identify their characteristics and needs. Maintain regular relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-ups to move them through the sales funnel.
- Sales Cycle Management: Handle incoming client requests, conduct online presentations of Giunti Psychometrics’ HR products/services highlighting features and benefits, prepare quotes and commercial offers, manage objections, negotiate contract terms, and close deals.
- CRM Usage: Record every interaction, update opportunity statuses, and monitor performance (KPIs).
- Collaboration: Work with marketing to optimize lead quality and with KAMs to identify new potential clients and manage complex negotiations.
- University degree
- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in a similar role within HR services/consulting
- Strong negotiation skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage one’s own schedule
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
- Reliability, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills
- Teamwork attitude and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM systems
- Full-time position in a fully remote work setup (some travel to the Florence office and participation in quarterly on-site company meetings is required)
