We are looking for a motivated Trade & Marketing Operations Intern to join our Marketing & Communication team.
This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing operations, business support activities and sales enablement, working in a complex, international and innovation-driven environment. The role is designed for candidates who want to understand how marketing supports business development through processes, tools, materials and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities - Support the preparation, update and organization of commercial and marketing materials (presentations, communication releases, pitch decks, brochures, project sheets);
- Assist in coordinating marketing content and materials between marketing, sales and other internal departments;
- Support trade marketing activities, including fairs, events and industry initiatives (before and after the events);
- Conduct market research, benchmarking and competitive analysis;
- Support the management and update of databases, archives and marketing assets;
- Collect and organize data for basic reporting and performance tracking;
- Provide operational support to cross-functional projects within the Marketing & Communication team.
Key Requirements - Strong interest in B2B marketing, business processes and marketing–sales integration;
- Personal interest in the automotive industry and mobility, enabling a basic understanding of the topics and projects we work on;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (PowerPoint and Excel in particular);
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva and similar graphics tools/visual suite;
- Structured mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage information and transform complexity into clear, usable materials;
- Good analytical skills and confidence with numbers and data;
- Proactive attitude, reliability and sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information - Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Engineering Management or related fields.
- Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English (at least B2 level).
- Workplace: Moncalieri (TO), Italy.
- Contract type: 6 months full-time internship.
