This role is based at our Equip office in Louisville, Colorado and forms part of the team responsible for Customer Experience.

Great opportunity to join our team as Customer Service/Warranty Associate!

You will be directly responsible for supporting customers via email and phone in a professional and timely manner as well as performing day-to-day warranty/repair and wash operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service/Warranty Associate (including but not limited to):

• Respond to customer emails and calls, providing accurate and timely answers to their product questions, comments or concerns
• Engage with customers to truly understand their needs
• Communicate with other employees to ensure the timely resolution of issues
• Provide answers to technical product questions and assist consumers with product selection
• Develop a strong understanding of Rab & Lowe Alpine products, policies and services
• Answer customer and other phone calls during assigned phone shifts
• Respond to warranty/repair email inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
• Process and determine appropriate repair or replacement resolution for incoming warranty and repair items
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the warranty/repair process
• Check-in, assess, and ship completed repairs to customers
• Create chargeable repair invoices for customers
• Maintain accurate data entry in internal systems and reporting spreadsheets
• Issue credit and replacement orders for customers and retailers
• Perform Rab Wash services from beginning to end

To join us you must have:

Essential

• Experience with outdoor apparel and supporting customers with their product needs
• Strong foundation of technical product knowledge
• Personal experience using outdoor products and enjoys sharing their expertise and experiences ensuring a positive experience for all customers
• Working knowledge of computers, with experience using MS Office suite
• Excellent critical thinking and communications skills, both verbal and written
• Strong work ethic with attention to details
• Able to operate effectively and professionally under pressure
• Able to work as part of a team as well as use own initiative
• Current full drivers licence

Desirable

• Experience with Zendesk
• Experience in outdoor industry customer or dealer services
