In the automation field, it is represented by Bucci Automations S.p.A., with the brands Iemca, Giuliani, Sinteco, Vire, and Zeta, while Bucci Composites S.p.A. designs and manufactures components made of advanced composite materials. For Bucci Industries Benelux, based in Spy, we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager for IEMCA brand. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the commercial development of IEMCA products across the Benelux region, with a focus on Flemish Region and Brussels Region. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities through structured market analysis, strengthening relationships with existing customers and partners, and expanding the company’s commercial network. The position includes the promotion and sale of IEMCA solutions, providing technical-commercial support, contributing to pricing and commercial offer development, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure proper delivery of products and services. Proven experience in the sale of technical products, preferably within the bar feeder, machine tool, or industrial equipment sector Strong ability to analyse markets and identify new business opportunities Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Results-driven mindset with the ability to set priorities and maintain long-term customer relationships Autonomous, proactive and capable of managing a territory independently Language requirements: Dutch – bilingual proficiency English and French – good working proficiency
