We are looking for a Senior HR Administration & Payroll Specialist to join our Human Capital team and support HR operations across our international entities. Reporting to the Head of HR Administration, Payroll & Mobility, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll and HR administration processes, coordinating external providers, managing employee benefits, and supporting continuous process improvement across multiple countries. What you'll do- Coordinate monthly payroll activities with external providers across several countries.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labour, tax and social security regulations.
- Administer employee benefits and insurance programmes.
- Maintain HR data accuracy and prepare HR reports and KPIs.
- Support the standardisation and continuous improvement of HR administration processes.
- Act as a trusted partner for HR colleagues, employees and external stakeholders.
- Serve as backup to the Head of HR Administration, Payroll & Mobility when required.
What we're looking for- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Law or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll and Benefits, preferably in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of Italian payroll and labour legislation, with exposure to international HR processes.
- Experience working with payroll providers, HRIS/ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Location: Hybrid remote and Milan Offices.
